Planning Your Ride with All Points Transit

Thank you for choosing All Points Transit for your transportation needs. To ensure the best service possible, please keep the following in mind:

Advance Notice is Key

The more notice you give us, the better we can serve you and our community. Our services are in high demand, and planning in advance ensures we can accommodate your needs effectively.

When to Call

  • Schedule your ride as early as possible!
  • Rides within Montrose are often booked up to 2 weeks ahead, so early scheduling is encouraged.

Booking Hours

Our team is available to take your calls between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not accept calls on weekends, holidays, or the last Friday of the month.

Cut-off Time

The longer you wait to schedule your ride, the greater the risk that there might not be any space left. So, it’s best to call us early to make sure we can give you a ride when you need it. The cutoff for scheduling a ride is no later than 12:00 pm on the business day before your trip. For Monday rides, call by 12:00 pm on the preceding Friday.

When Calling, Please Provide:

  • Details of your pick-up (location, time, purpose).
  • Estimated duration of your stop.
  • Information on multiple stops (limit 3).
  • Clarify if this is a one-way trip or a “round trip” (considered as 2 trips).
  • Any special needs or accommodations required.
  • If you have Medicaid, please have your number ready.
  • If an aide will be traveling with you, provide their name and date of birth.

Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines ensures that we can continue to provide efficient and reliable transportation services. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in making our community transportation service the best it can be!
